Common Entrance Test (CET-2022-2023)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP THE ON-LINE APPLICATION FORM
Before proceeding to fill-up the On-Line Application Form, the candidates are required to read the following instructions given in three sections: SECTION-A , SECTION-B and Admission Criteria.

SECTION-A explains the steps needed to fill-up this form and SECTION-B illustrates the information for various fields of On-Line Application Form.


Step-1: Profile Registration
Please use this step to give general information about you to register the profile. The details of fields in the opened form have been illustrated in Section-B. After entering the required information in on-line form, submit the form by clicking on SUBMIT button. The subsequent screen displays a Admission Form No. and Login Id(which is actually the email which you entered during profile registration).A mail containing this information is also forwarded at your email-id.

Please note down the Admission Form No. carefully as you need to essentially mention it in all your future correspondence/queries related to your application form.



Step-2: Candidate Login
Use your login id and the password to login again to proceed further for Application Form filling. Use View/Edit Profile option to edit/correct your form (if needed) otherwise proceed to Step-3.


Step-3: Fill Registration Form
After entering the required information in appropriate Registration Form, click on SUBMIT button. Make payment form shall be displayed on subsequent screen and click on Make Payment button to deposit the fee.


Before proceeding for Step-4 or online payment please keep the following ready:

  1. Softcopy of your Photograph (3.5cm X 4.5cm) in JPG Format(less than 50 KB size)
  2. Scanned Signature (3.5cm X 1.5cm) in JPG (less than 50 KB size)



Step-4: Verify Payment
Use Candidate Login tab to enter your login account and click on Verify Payment. If your payment verified successfully, you will be prompted to upload softcopies of your photograph and scanned signature. After uploading of photograph and scanned signature, the final Confirmation Page of Application Form and Payment Receipt shall be generated. Take print out of this confirmation page and Payment Receipt and logout.

Please complete the printout of the Confirmation Page of Application Form by affixing photograph (same as the one uploaded in application form), put Signature and Left-Hand Thumb Impression of candidate and the Signature of parent/guardian at appropriate places. The duly complete copy of the Confirmation Page of Application Form and the copy of Payment Receipt need to keep safe for future reference.

If the payment of the fee is made through online (E-Payment) and due to some difficulties the candidate is not sure weather the payment is processed or not, then please use login tab to enter in your login account and use verify payment option to check whether your payment is successful or not.


Please do keep 6 additional copies of the photograph (same as uploaded on ON-Line Application Form) for future use.

Details of Fields of On-Line Application Form
  1. Candidate Name
    Write your FULL NAME (special characters/abbreviation not allowed) as recorded in your High School or equivalent examination certificate. Leave one space blank between any two parts of the name. Do not use prefix such as Shri/Mr./Km./Ms. etc. with your name.
  2. Father Name
    Write FULL NAME (special characters/abbreviation not allowed). Leave a blank space between any two parts of the name. Do not use prefix such as Shri/Mr./Dr./ Late etc. with the father's name.
  3. Father's Occupation
    Select as applicable form the drop down list.
  4. Mother Name
    Write FULL NAME (special characters/abbreviation not allowed). Leave a blank space between any two parts of the name. Do not overshoot the boxes. Do not use prefix such as Shri/Mr./Dr./ Late etc. with the mother's name.
  5. Mother's Occupation
    Select as applicable form the drop down list.
  6. Guardian Name
    Write FULL NAME (special characters/abbreviation not allowed). Leave a blank space between any two parts of the name. Do not overshoot the boxes. Do not use prefix such as Shri/Mr./Dr./ Late etc. with the guardian's name.
  7. Guardian's Occupation
    Select as applicable form the drop down list.
  8. Date of Birth
    Write your date of birth exactly as recorded in your High School or equivalent examination certificate.
  9. Gender
    Select the sex as applicable
  10. Category
    Select the category as applicable out of GEN/OBC/SC/ST.
  11. Religion
    Select as applicable form the drop down list.
  12. Minority Claim
    Select as applicable form the drop down list.
  13. Marital Status
    Select as applicable form the drop down list.
  14. Blood Group
    Select as applicable form the drop down list.
  15. Nationality
    Select as applicable form the drop down list.
  16. Postal address, City, State, Pin code
    Enter your correspondence address along with city, state and pin code in different lines as applicable.
  17. Mobile number
    Enter a valid ten digit mobile number so that you may be contacted upon requirement.
  18. Aadhaar Card No.
    Enter a valid twelve digit aadhaar card no.
  19. Email-id
    Write correct e-mail address. Please note that all correspondences will be made on it.
  20. Password
    Enter your password minimum 8 characters and maximum 10 characters atleast 1 alphabet and 1 number.
  21. Parent’s Income
    Select the income slab (total income from all sources) as applicable.
