Objectives

The students of this institution on completion of nursing program will be able to: -

  • Identify health needs of individuals, either in the institution or in the community and take appropriate steps whether they are ill or well.
  • Develop knowledge, skill and attitude with scientific principles in health care delivery system.
  • Play an efficient professional role or an individual as a health personal and as a qualified competent in the manufacture of health care delivery system.
  • Be a role model in practicing moral and ethical use in personal and professional life.
  • Lead a low, middle and top managerial activity with human relations in health care system.
  • Achieve self growth for the benefit of the community.
  • Develop ability to think and act independently accepts responsibilities as an individual and citizen.
  • Acquire the modern current trends in the profession while nursing profession is the grass roots and emerging of newer technologies.
  • Utilize the domains of nursing to provide clinically competent and culturally sensitive nursing care to diverse patients/clients, families, groups and communities in a variety of settings.
  • Utilize a variety of strategies to increase self- awareness and self empowerment.
  • Work collaboratively with patients, family's communities, interdisciplinary health team members, and others in providing nursing care.
