• Trainees are bound by the rules and regulations made by college from time to time.
• The Principal reserves the right to take any disciplinary action against any trainees found indulging in indiscipline or any other undersize activities.
• The decision of the governing body of the college of nursing shall be final in the matter of interpretation of the various clauses.
• All the syllabus for the nursing are decided by the Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty, Govt. of U.P. Lucknow, Indian Nursing Council, Govt. of India, New Delhi and DDU Gorakhpur university, Gorakhpur.
• Trainees must be regular and punctual in attending theory and practical classes as well as all examinations, 80%, attendance in theory and 100% in clinical experience is must to forward the examination form for final examination. Students those who are not fulfilling this requirement will be debarred from appearing in the examination.
• Damages/ loss of the property of Institution, Hostel and Hospital (equipments instruments, book, furniture's etc.) will be assessed by the Principal and charges will be deposited by the concern person.
• Parents/Guardians (Local, If any) of the students must give in writing with the attested photograph of Visitors to visit in the Hostel Premises.
• Ragging is strictly prohibited, if the trainees are engaged in ragging activities severe action will be taken.
